Looking for a Partner (Cofounder) Who Knows How to Execute a Plan and Turn It into Reality

For years I’ve been working in online, in technology, in digital strategies. I’ve tested dozens of ideas. I’ve validated models. I’ve identified clear directions that can become functional businesses. I’ve learned to see what others ignore: problems, opportunities, gaps, and solutions that can be turned into business.

What I cannot do – and don’t want to do – is implement everything by myself.

What I’m Looking For:

I’m looking for an execution partner — a serious, hardworking, organized person who takes a ready-made plan and turns it into a functional business.

I’m not looking for dreamers. I’m not looking for idealists. I’m looking for someone who executes. Who knows how to get things done. Who loves work and doesn’t run from effort. A fighter.

What I Bring to the Table:

  • A Validated / Tested Business Idea that can produce millions of euros.
  • A functional product – MVP ready to launch
  • A tested business plan – clear, validated direction
  • A prepared marketing plan, immediately applicable
  • Ideally you have a team. - Optional, but a big plus.
  • Strategic support
  • Direction. Clarity. Know-how.

You don’t have to come with the idea, nor with the money. All you need to bring is real involvement and execution capacity.

What You Need to Know and Be Able to Do:

  • Have good communication skills – including phone calls with potential partners, clients, or collaborators
  • Be financially independent for a few months – meaning not be pressured by bills
  • You don’t have to invest money in the business. But you have to invest time, energy, and discipline
  • Have real skills in IT and online marketing – not diplomas, but the ability to figure things out on your own
  • Know how to run campaigns, search, implement, find solutions
  • Have experience in sales, marketing, execution
  • Not need someone explaining every day what you have to do

I’m not looking for “superheroes.” But neither people who need to be pushed from behind. I’m looking for someone who can function independently but builds as a team.

How the Partnership Will Work:

  • It can go up to 35% of the business, offered in stages based on real results
  • You don’t receive anything just for “being here”
  • Everything is granted on clear milestones: MVP launched, active customers, generated revenues, etc.
  • If in 3 months you haven’t launched anything, the collaboration stops
  • If in 12 months there isn’t an active business, everything is canceled
  • A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a partnership agreement with clear terms will be signed

Who Is NOT a Good Fit:

  • Those who dream beautifully but do nothing concrete
  • Those who give up at the first difficulty
  • Those who expect money for every hour worked
  • Those who think they “will figure it out” but haven’t proven anything so far

Who Is a Good Fit:

  • A serious, disciplined, and involved person
  • Someone who knows how to take initiative
  • Someone who wants a real partnership, not a salary
  • An executor with an entrepreneur’s mind

If You’ve Read This Far and Feel You Are That Person:

Write to me. Send me some information about yourself:

  • Who you are, what you’ve done so far
  • Why you’re interested in this type of partnership
  • What you know how to do, concretely

I’m not looking for applause. I’m not looking for promises. I’m looking for action.

If you are that person – we can build something big. If not – it’s okay, everyone has their own path.

The rest is noise.

Do you offer consulting or personalized services?

No. My philosophy is to build assets, not sell hours. I dedicate my time exclusively to developing products and automated systems. I believe that real long-term value lies in creating scalable solutions, not in offering 1-on-1 services.

Do you work alone on projects?

No. Most projects are developed together with a small team of collaborators. In recent years, I've consistently worked with 1-7 people, depending on the project. My main role is defining strategy, technical architecture, and product direction.

Can I collaborate with you on a project? If so, how?

I'm always looking for exceptional partners, not just collaborators. I look for people who bring top-tier competence and total alignment with the vision. Strategic partnerships are structured on performance and long-term commitment.

How can I get in touch with you to discuss?

The most efficient way is through the contact page. I prioritize strategic conversations and well-articulated proposals. I don't have time for superficial discussions, but I always respond with interest to messages that demonstrate substance and real potential.

How can I support your projects?

The most valuable support is strategic. An introduction to a relevant partner, pertinent feedback based on deep expertise, or a market opportunity I haven't seen are much more valuable than anything else.
